RigID does not collect, store, or share any personal data. All information entered into the app (vehicle details, payload items, trip plans) is stored locally on your device only. We do not use third-party analytics, advertising, or tracking services.

1. Overview

RigID ("the Application") is developed and published by RigID ("we", "us", "our"). This Privacy Policy explains how the Application handles information in connection with your use of it. We are committed to protecting your privacy and operating transparently.

2. No Personal Data Collected

The Application does not collect, transmit, store, or share any personally identifiable information (PII). We do not operate servers, databases, or any back-end infrastructure connected to the Application. All data you enter — including vehicle details, accessories, trip profiles, weight figures, and passenger counts — is stored exclusively on your device using local device storage.

3. No Network Communication

The Application makes no network requests of any kind. It does not connect to the internet, does not communicate with third-party servers, and does not transmit any data externally. The Application functions entirely offline.

4. No Analytics or Tracking

The Application does not integrate any analytics, advertising, crash reporting, or tracking SDKs. We do not use cookies, device identifiers, advertising IDs (IDFA/GAID), or any other tracking technology. We have no visibility into how the Application is used on your device.

5. Local Data Storage

All Application data is stored locally on your device using AsyncStorage (a standard React Native local storage mechanism). This data never leaves your device. It is not backed up to cloud services by the Application itself, though it may be included in device-level backups (e.g. iCloud Backup or Google Drive Backup) managed by your operating system according to your device settings.

6. Minimum Age Requirement & Children's Privacy

RigID is a professional utility application intended exclusively for aged 16 years and over. The Application is designed for individuals with experience in four-wheel driving, overlanding, towing, and related vehicle operations — activities that require adult judgement, legal licensing, and relevant practical experience.

The Application is not directed to, and must not be used by, children or minors under the age of 16. We do not knowingly permit persons under 16 to use the Application.
